October 28, 2011 — Philips announced customers have rated it No. 1 for the 19th consecutive year in overall service performance for “Ultrasound All Systems,” comprised of radiology/OB-GYN and cardiology instruments in the annual IMV ServiceTrak surveys.
The company once again ranked first in overall field service engineer performance, system installation, overall OEM service performance, overall system performance, manufacturer satisfaction and probability of repurchasing.
In an independent survey by IMV Limited, more than 1,800 customers were asked to rate ultrasound systems manufacturers on a broad range of factors across the product ownership lifecycle. For the Ultrasound All Systems report, Philips received top marks in 35 of 39 categories measured in the study.
