Clinical and operational information, such as patient weight, therapy length or bed status from Hill-Rom’s “smart beds” is unlocked with the launch of OnSite technology. The cornerstone of the technology is the OnSite System Software, which provides both alerting and data management capabilities from more than 30 data points acquired from VersaCare and TotalCare beds equipped with the technology. The alerting capabilities provide real-time information to staff and caregivers. Data management capabilities make available information such as weight and bed therapy statistics for dashboards, reports and electronic medical records or other third- party applications.
