The eXpedo XR SToR from Sorna Corp. is a compact, networked DICOM CD/DVD publishing system with integrated storage that is designed for use by imaging centers and women’s health centers requiring a highly intelligent automated system designed for a very small space.

Sorna’s all-in-one XR1 SToR and XR2 SToR incorporate a computer system, CD/DVD burners, a high resolution color label printer, an LCD display with keypad controls and scalable image storage in a compact 17” x 17” footprint. Both the XR1 (with a height of 11”) and the XR2 (with a height of 15”) are designed to fit on a countertop positioned underneath wall mounted cabinets.

eXpedo systems are operated by intuitive, customizable DISC publishing and management software that streamlines and automates the process of creating CD/DVDs designed to contain diagnostic images, patient records and reports and supplemental information.

SToR adds the capability of automatically combining selected images obtained from an external DICOM source, such as a film digitizer or an external CD or DVD, with new images and burn both together on a new DISC. This is ideal for integrating prior mammograms with current mammograms on a single DICOM or patient CD.
