With such functionality as order management, electronic signature, film management, claims preparation, system administration and management reporting tools, the new release of version 5.6 offers 10 additional clinical features, including allergy indicator enhancements and simplifying the non-reportable workflow.
Horizon Radiology Manager 5.6 offers enhanced integration with Horizon Medical Imaging PACS version 11, presenting the best of breed RIS-PACS solution on the market. The solution optimizes on the clinical workflow of the healthcare practitioner by offering access to radiology results and images throughout the healthcare enterprise. McKesson’s RIS-PACS solution improves administrative and clinical workflow while reportedly providing seamless “anytime, anywhere” access to patient information, clinical images and reports.
It also offers enterprise integration with Horizon Clinicals, Horizon Order Management to automatically store and display critical clinical order details.
