Misys Healthcare Systems, a market leader in healthcare IT, has released the Misys Data Warehouse 4.0, a tool to provide clinicians with enterprise-wide data analysis of information stored in an Oracle-supported database.
Misys Data Warehouse 4.0 features 80 different enhancements, to optimize analysis of information supplied from Misys CPR. Clinicians can provide better care with the ability to measure and improve clinical process and clinical outcomes, using Misys Data Warehouse to analyze information across patients’ reports. Product enhancements in version 4.0 expand data extraction functionality, reporting capabilities, product utilities for an improved user experience and database management.
Clinicians and executives utilize Misys Data Warehouse’s reporting tools, enhanced by Oracle Discover, to make strategic operational decisions for each specific business unit by analyzing items such as the number of procedures, success rates, and similarities and differences in patient records. To maximize customers’ use of the product, Misys project executives worked closely with healthcare executives to develop additional reports, collecting the most valuable information.
