IMPAX for Digital Mammography

IMPAX for Digital Mammography is a a diagnostic tool that facilitates the reporting workflow in a digital mammography environment.

Within both screening and diagnostic imaging environments, this DICOM-compliant diagnostic review station allows clinicians to work with relevant patient images within one display station. This includes all breast imaging modalities, as well as other diagnostic imaging studies. It incorporates a data management system that automatically routes relevant data - or example, breast US, digital mammography, Breast MR - based on a variety of user-definable criteria including modality, patient, and referring physician.

Relevant prior exams can be pre-fetched from the archive management system and sent automatically to the diagnostic review station. When available, radiology results from the Radiology Information Systems (RIS) can be displayed simultaneously.
