March 4, 2009 - American Medical Sales Inc. secured 20 PACS orders from its distributor network from January through early February of 2009.
These included Carlson Chiropractic (White Bear Lake, MN), Broadwell, M.D. (Shreveport, LA), Howard Gelb, M.D. (Boca Raton, FL), Rodney Langel, M.D. (West Des Moines, IA), McNeil, M.D. (Victoria, TX), Posada, M.D. (Miami, FL), Robin Simon, M.D. (Oakland Park, FL), Dennis Vonnahme, M.D. (Pocahontias, IA), Warman, M.D. (San Antonio, TX), Internal Medical Center (Mobile, AL), JSC Limeta (Lithuania-2 systems), Laredo Community College (Laredo, TX), Maternal Fetal Diagnostic Center (Atlanta, GA). Mission Primary Care (Vicksburg, MS), Northern Life Chiropractic (Burnsville, MN), Plymouth Heights Pet (New Hope, MN), Southbridge Chiropractic (Bismark, ND), Santa Monica Bay Physicians (Santa Monica, CA), and Stone Oak Family Doctors (San Antonio, TX).
The orders listed above consisted of products from both AMS' MIDAS line of mid-sized PACS solutions and its PACS-in-a-BOX products designed for private practices and imaging centers. In addition, a number of end-users are upgrading to include some of AMS' advanced imaging tools.
"This group of orders also includes additional installs to major regional networks we have been servicing which indicates strong acceptance of our products.
