October 21, 2008 - Avreo has released its interWORKS Mammography Viewer and Breast Imaging Tracking System that aims to allow customers to efficiently view, manage and store digital mammography images.
The interWORKS Mammography Viewer and Breast Imaging Tracking System will be featured at RSNA 2008.
Featuring full FDA approval of the Digital Mammography Viewer, Avreo customers can reportedly easily integrate the viewer for enhanced system capabilities and cost savings.
The scalable systems reportedly can:
- Adapt to facility size, exam volume or workflow demands
- Allow clinicians to view, manage and store images from multiple sources and modalities
- Support IHE (Integrating the Health Enterprise Initiative) for interoperability
- Provide all PACS users with immediate access to current patient images and information
