eRAD support personnel monitors the information reportedly allowing them to proactively identify and promptly clear conditions affecting system performance and throughput. In addition to checking server accessibility and network connectivity, eRAD SiteMan Services confirm that individual system processes are functioning optimally. When run-time performance measurements fall outside of normal ranges, the server begins escalating the displayed performance indicators in the eRAD-hosted site manager.
