June 21, 2007 - Nucletron B.V. and Questra Corp. have announced the general availability of Nucletron's onConnect Remote Service built on the Questra IDM Application Suite, reportedly allowing hospitals and radiation oncology clinics to benefit from optimized systems performance and uptime on their Nucletron radiotherapy solutions.

The onConnect system is said to provide secure, continuous monitoring of Nucletron Oncentra, microSelectron Afterloader and Simulator solutions; automatic notification to Nucletron service staff of potential problems with system performance; and the capability for service technicians to remotely interact with devices and proactively resolve issues. Nucletron customers also benefit from secure automated software distribution and configuration management capabilities. Nucletron offers onConnect as part of their StandardCare and FullCare service contracts, both for existing and new customers.
