Candelis received 510(k) marketing clearance for its ImageGrid Mammography Web Viewer and ImageGrid Radiology Web Viewer, both now part of the ImageGrid RIS/PACS appliance technology suite, providing diagnostic tools aimed at providing access to medical imaging studies from anywhere, at any time to improve patient care.
The ImageGrid Mammography Web Viewer and Radiology Web Viewer applications are said to be highly scalable and designed to accommodate multiple concurrent users without the need to invest in additional servers. As a multimodality visualization solution, the viewers allow radiologists to view all relevant prior studies from one workstation.
