February 21, 2024 —Yellowcross Healthcare Commerce, a telemedicine practice management organization, launched a new consultancy service to help medical groups and health care facilities expand their remote care capabilities.

The new company is founded by experienced health care and IT industry professionals Robb Vaules and Kent Thomas. Most recently, Vaules was Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at ONRAD, a national teleradiology practice. Thomas was most recently Vice President of Operations and Integrations for Radiology Partners, the largest national radiology practice in the U.S. The two first worked together in 2006 at Nighthawk Radiology Services.

Yellowcross works with hospitals, clinics, medical groups, and entrepreneurial physicians throughout the United States to develop focused service offerings to address radiologist shortages and provide specialty diagnostic services. Yellowcross is designed to make it easy for doctors and health care providers to focus on what matters most: treating patients at scale. Yellowcross helps them by navigating and handling the technology, billing, and marketing functions that address business infrastructure and teleradiology servicing needs.

“Yellowcross solves the gap between the potential of telemedicine and its practical implementation with health care facilities,” said Robb Vaules, CEO of Yellowcross. “By harnessing the power of telemedicine, our team of teleradiology professionals and innovative thinkers assist in overcoming geographical and technical barriers, improving patient access to care, reducing health care delivery costs, and enhancing the overall quality of health care services.”

Yellowcross provides tailored telemedicine solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing health care services, providing an infrastructure for remote care that is both efficient and effective. This includes strategic, personalized advice and actionable insights that empower health care entities to optimize their telemedicine offerings.

“Health care providers, practice managers, and physicians that partner with Yellowcross transform their health care delivery,” said Kent Thomas, President and COO of Yellowcross. “Yellowcross embraces a collaborative journey towards excellence, where every solution is tailored to elevate the standard of care and optimize the operational efficiency of medical practices across the United States.”
