Totoku Backs 5 MP Display with Matrox Board

The new Totoku ME551i2 display for digital mammography will come by the Matrox MED5mp technology.
The new Totoku ME551i2 is a high-resolution 5 MP medical display designed for digital mammography and other advanced applications, and simultaneously displays 2048 shades of gray to enable grayscale suitable for the DICOM GSDF. The new display will roll out bundled with the Totoku LV52P1 display controller board, which is based on the Matrox MED 5 MP technology.
The Matrox MED5mp supports landscape and portrait modes, multiple monitors, provides a wide range of grayscale and color resolution is interoperable with many operating systems on the market and is capable of driving several types of displays.
“Totoku is pleased to offer Matrox MED5mp technology to our customers in the form of the Totoku LV52P1 display controller board,” said Mark Yoshida, product manager, TOTOKU North America, Inc.
