Toshiba’s Aplio Platinum Series Expands Ultrasound Capabilities for Faster, Safer Care

Toshiba’s Aplio 300 and 500 Platinum Series expands the clinical utility of ultrasound, allowing clinicians to consolidate lines of care onto a single platform. The systems provide powerful clinical imaging tools for advanced visualization, quantification and intervention. Clinicians can visualize blood flow like never before with Superb Micro-Vascular Imaging (SMI) for the Aplio 500 Platinum. SMI allows clinicians to see small vessels and to visualize low-velocity microvascular blood flow without the need for contrast agents or more invasive modalities.
