STERIS Corp. and Questra Corp. recently announced the launch of the ProConnect Response Center.

The center features remote equipment monitoring, priority technical support, and an array of on-line service tools designed to improve productivity and operational efficiencies for healthcare and life science customers by leveraging an integrated systems approach to equipment management. STERIS Corp. has teamed with Questra Corp. to provide the infrastructure necessary to continuously monitor and evaluate equipment securely over the Internet.

The ProConnect center uses the Questra IDM Application Suite to send critical operational data directly to STERIS service professionals in order to expedite problem resolution.
