SERVICE 800 Taps Agfa for Customer Satisfaction Award

October 20, 2009 - SERVICE 800's honored Agfa Healthcare with a five-year award for exceptional service quality at the Customer Satisfaction Executive Conference.

This annual forum is a gathering of technology executives from around the world who have a common interest in measuring and benchmarking service performance delivery.
 
SERVICE 800, with offices in the US, Europe and Asia, designs and administers real-time customer satisfaction measurement programs, helping service organizations follow up with customers within hours or days of service events.
