PowerServer 4.6 Designed to Enhance Sub-Specialty Clinical Diagnosis

The PowerServer 4.6 is the latest version of RamSoft’s imaging management solution for the RIS and PACS segments. It reportedly boasts many new cutting-edge features, designed to enhance sub-specialty clinical diagnosis in mammography, dramatically reduce read times for radiologists and decrease billing errors.

At the heart of PowerServer 4.6 is the new core image management engine, which uses predictive loading to intelligently manage memory resources, and instantaneously load patient images on-demand regardless of data size. Advanced viewing protocols and tools for breast imaging are also new this year; it supports breast MRI, mammography and ultrasound reading from a single client and interface. Lastly, integration through HL7 incorporates built-in and up-to-date CPT and ICD9 codes to avoid duplication of entry and eliminating billing errors.
