August 16, 2010 – Pacsgear, a provider of imaging connectivity for electronic health records, announced on August 13 the acquisition of all assets of NAI Tech Products of Auburn, Calif. NAI Tech Products is a medical device company specializing in the high-quality digital video capture of medical images. This acquisition will enable Pacsgear to offer a complete line of video capture products that complement the company’s PACS/EHR connectivity platform.

Healthcare personnel in specialties such as radiology, cardiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, orthopedics and pathology can connect, view and share images and results to enable health information exchange.
