TomoGateway is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection that allows direct communication from each TomoTherapy Hi-Art System to the company’s Customer Contact Center.
The connection reportedly allows system data logs that detail the Hi-Art System’s operation and performance to be transferred to a customer support representative, eliminating the need for consuming reporting methods. It also allows technical support staff to perform online diagnostics and look at real-time data, while examining the system log files, making for enhanced problem-solving capabilities.

The private imaging practice has been donating 2D mammograms to uninsured women in its community for years, and recently introduced an innovative fundraising program to make 3D mammograms available to more women. SouthCoast donates one 3D mammogram to a woman without healthcare for every 10 screening 3D mammograms they perform.
