Omron Launches New Portable Patient Monitor

Omron Healthcare recently announced the launch of a new portable patient monitor, the model BP-S510.

This product is the first to be released by Omron since the company’s acquisition of Colin in April 2006.

Comprehensive vital sign measurements on the versatile, lightweight BP-S510 include NIBP, ECG, two-channel temperature, invasive blood pressure (ABP) and capnography (EtCO2), functional arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse rate, and respiration
The BP-S510’s simple, user-friendly operation makes it ideal for a wide variety of uses including conscious sedation, post-anesthesia care, step-down, and emergency rooms, according to the manufacturer.
