DocuSys Inc. is releasing its second-generation DocuJect, a point-of-care safety device for monitoring drug deliveries in the OR.
DocuJect combines digital imaging and bar code scanning technologies to enable instant interaction with patient and drug databases to provide alerts to the clinician before an impending adverse drug reaction or medication error can occur. The device also automates documentation of drug delivery in real time.
