New Modules Integrate Multimedia to an Enterprise Archive

September 16, 2010 — A new group of powerful modules and applications makes it possible for documents, images, video, sound, reports and other clinical information to be integrated with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and stored for easy access in any PACS.

Etiam introduced the new Clinical Capture Suite (CCS) for integrating multimedia to the enterprise archive. CCS modules and applications make it possible to process virtually all documents and information from any source to be stored in an enterprise archive. This includes CDs, documents, images, video, sound, reports and any other pertinent information.

Modularity is important because no equipment, treatment or process is identical across departments and partner institutions. The available products that make up the suite complement each other to result in a more productive workflow for physicians, more efficient patient management and better care for patients.
