FoxFury recently released the lightweight TX-2 clip light, which is designed specifically for medical professionals, aiding patient identification and evaluation in dim light conditions.
The TX-2 securely clips to most surfaces, particularly a pocket, clipboard or epaulet. It has two LEDs and two mode functions so it can shift from a tight one ultra bright LED beam, to increased light intensity with a tap of the switch.
The TX-2 is available in black and gray. The gray version has a timer that automatically powers off after 4.5 minutes of continuous use.
Both editions double as a tongue depressor Holder. The tongue depressor is firmly secured inside the clip, enabling quick one-handed oral examination of patients by clinicians.
Powered by two CR2032 batteries (included), the TX-2 will provide up to 40 hours of light, the company said.
