MRIguidance Appoints New President

Feb. 9, 2026 — MRIguidance, a MedTech company developing BoneMRI, a radiation-free bone imaging solution, has appointed Guido Zijl as CEO, succeeding Roel Kellenaers.

Zijl most recently served as vice president at Globus Medical and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry.

“MRI Guidance has built a technology with clear benefits to patients, doctors and hospital workflow," said Zijl.

“Our priority is to accelerate the adoption of BoneMRI in the United States and Europe and extend the company’s platform capabilities.”

The company will continue to focus on scaling radiation-free bone imaging and advancing musculoskeletal diagnostics and surgical planning.
