May 19, 2008 - Mindray featured its PM-7000 multiparameter patient monitor at ASCs 2008.

The monitor was designed with a 10.4-inch color TFT display, optional 12-lead ECG including Mortara arrhythmiaas ST segment analysis and capability of up to eight waveforms. The PM-7000 also is made with an optional external Artema anesthetic agent bench with auto ID or internal Oridion Microstream EtC02.

The company said the monitor offers a large font display mode that displays ECG, pulse ox and NIBP measurements and waveforms covering the entire screen. View up to 96 hours graphic and tabular trending of all parameters. The monitor was made suitable for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients, and uses a 2.5-hour lithium ion battery. The PM-7000 comes with a three-year warranty.

Also featured was Mindray's PM-60 pulse oximeter, designed with a 2.4-inch color LCD display. Both the pulse ox and pulse rate readings along with plethmogram waveform can be seen on the screen at simultaneously.

The device features adjustable audio and visual alarms, as well as data storage and management functions that include up to 96 hours trending or spot check up to 99 patients can even be transferred to a clinician's PC through Windows-based software.
