August 7, 2015 — Merit Medical Systems Inc. announced that it has expanded its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) distribution center and corporate office in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
“The expansion of our Netherlands facility enables 1,500 shipments per day to more than 100 countries in 20 different languages,” said Fred Lampropoulos, Merit’s chairman and CEO.
The newly expanded advanced distribution center will serve hospitals, physicians and nurses in countries throughout the EMEA region. The facility is part of Merit’s diverse, multi-campus manufacturing footprint in North America and Europe.
