The Web-based electronic medical records system allows physicians and nurses to enhance patient care and reduce medical errors using more than 270,000 clinical data elements such as patient symptoms, medical histories, diagnoses, clinical tests and therapies.

CareTracker EMR enables clinicians to create an individual medical record for each patient through its point-and-click system.
