January 3, 2011 — Carestream Health announced worldwide price increases of up to 25 percent on all its medical imaging, dental and nondestructive testing films and related supplies, effective in mid-December 2010. The company said the price increases were necessary due to continuing significant increases in the cost of raw materials used in film manufacturing, particularly silver.
