April 9, 2008 - Matrox display controller boards and graphics extension units created for TOTOKU’s European distribution will now be available and supported by TOTOKU Europe GmbH, providing Matrox MED, AuroraVX and RAD Series display controller boards, also extending the Matrox product offering by including Matrox’s operating room solutions, Equinox and Onyx.
Designed for medical imaging, Matrox display controller boards, including the Matrox Xenia, MED, AuroraVX and RAD Series, reportedly offer a variety of display output options, display resolution capabilities and features. The Matrox TheatreVUE Series has projected full-screens via a projector or other large screen display device.
Matrox Equinox graphics extension equips an OR with high-resolution dual displays at a distance from the PC, and connects staff with control rooms, planning rooms and hospital education facilities with the Matrox Onyx display controller board. Matrox OEM technology is also used in medical imaging solutions such as angiography, C-Arm and mobile X-Ray, cardiology, patient monitoring and ultrasound.
