The LANTIS Oncology Information System by Siemens is a complete Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, designed to be comprehensive in its design, simple to use and integrated at every level.

From the entry-level LANTIS systems, the modular design of the LANTIS OIS provides flexible, scalable solutions. Options include:

Supervisor – centralizing and managing patient, staff and location schedules

Digital photos and facts – importing digital images into the patient’s chart

Transcriber – managing documents in the patient file (e.g., transcriptions, consent forms)

eScan – scanning external documents into the patient chart

Clinical assessments – tracking patient progress through treatment protocols

Gateway – interfacing with other HL7 systems (e.g., hospital information systems)

Reporter – creating customized reports

Extended barcodes – tracking movement of patients, charts and films throughout departments

Multiple department extension – utilizing a single database for managing multiple oncology departments

Treatment planning system interface – importing treatment plans directly into the patient’s chart
