June 5, 2008 - Imaging On Call (IOC) acquired NightVision Radiology of Mayfield Heights, OH, allowing IOC to expand its coverage hours and provide customers with quality services in a timely manner.
Imaging On Call has completed the acquisition of NightVision and expects to completely combine operations by July, 2008.
With the addition of NightVision, IOC will increase its roster of physicians to 31 radiologists serving a growing base of U.S. hospitals and radiology practices.
