Imaging On Call Acquires NightVision Radiology

June 11, 2008 - Imaging On Call LLC, a teleradiology provider has acquired NightVision Radiology Inc.

With the addition of NightVision, Imaging On Call (IOC) will increase its roster of physicians to 31 radiologists serving a growing and expanding base of U.S. hospitals and radiology practices.

“We are excited to partner with an organization that has built its reputation using a quality first approach,” said Brian Phelan, CEO of Imaging On Call. “The combination of Imaging On Call and NightVision provides our customers with a broader range of coverage in all sub-specialties of radiology 24 hours a day,seven days a week.”

IOC has completed the acquisition of NightVision and expects to completely combine operations by next month.
