Image Review Provided on Single Digital Workstation

TotalLook version 8.0 by iCAD Inc., a solution for film-to-digital conversion, reportedly enables comparative image review on a single digital review workstation, assisting women's healthcare centers with the transition from film to digital mammography and aiding clinical productivity.
TotalLook 8.0 offers DICOM query and search capabilities that tighten integration with PACS and HIS/RIS, eliminating redundant patient data entry, minimizing errors and improving workflow. Additionally, the image compression option uses Intelligent Image Sampling and anti-aliasing algorithms to reduce file size by 75 percent. Image compression is designed to minimize storage/archiving requirements and enable images to be shared more easily.
