January 7, 2008 – Hyland Software’s OnBase earned the top spot in the "Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Professional Services" report.
OnBase is a fully integrated enterprise content management software suite. The KLAS report found that 100 of users surveyed said they would buy OnBase gain.
Hyland said OnBase goes beyond supporting the electronic medical record (EMR) -- it manages documents in administrative processes as well as clinical images such as EKGs. In fact, 78 percent of users reported that OnBase has all the functionality needed, a score that is fourteen percentage points higher than any other top ten vendor.
The annual Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards for software and professional services are based on annual surveys completed by users of the products.
