Fujifilm Rolls Out Second-Gen CR-based FFDM Systems

October 5, 2009 - A leader in full field digital mammography (FFDM), Fujifilm will introduce the second generation of its CR-based FFDM systems at RSNA 2009.

This latest evolution of the Aspire ClearView will continue to provide 50 micron resolution and dual-side detector reading for exceptional image quality. Enhancements include a sleeker look, lighter weight, wider viewing angle on the LCD and brand new workstation, the AWS-c.

The AWS-c is a color workstation available for technologists, providing easier recognition of important patient and image exposure information. The new ClearView reader and AWS-c requires FDA approval and are not yet available for sale in the U.S.
