December 13, 2013 — Fujifilm Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. highlighted its new floor-mounted digital X-ray system at the Radiological Society of North America Annual Meeting (RSNA 2013) in Chicago. The FDR D-EVO Suite FS is a space-saving digital radiography (DR) room solution built for reliability and performance to handle the busiest radiology departments.

The FDR D-EVO Suite FS can be used in imaging centers, urgent care clinics and radiology departments. The economical floor stand system is configured for full integration with Fujifilm’s latest FDX Console workstation, FDR D-EVO DR detectors. It can also be used with FCR on demand.

The complete room system offers lower cost room preparation, fits into smaller rooms and rooms with low ceiling heights. It is designed for high productivity with a mix of grab-and-go workflow and integrated automation. It offers efficiency for any capacity caseload and is configurable to meet every budget. The system also features Fujifilm’s SpeedLink to provide automated technique mapping and collimation.
