Division will offer DR products, PACS/RIS solutions and technical support

October 13, 2015 — First Source Inc., provider of digital X-ray technology upgrades and services for the medical imaging market, announced the launch of its new business division, Visaris Americas. The new division will incorporate an innovative product portfolio of digital X-ray imaging technology to meet the growing needs of its business channels.

Visaris Americas' mission will be to deliver the highest quality and highest value digital imaging technology, picture archiving and communication system/radiology information system (PACS/RIS) workflow solutions, and technical support.

The new business division offers a unique channel-to-market strategy. Products will reach the market through an exclusive network of highly qualified channel partners.

First Source has three business offices; its sales and manufacturing office based in Rochester, New York; training and parts center in Pittsburgh; and finance office based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The new business division, Visaris Americas, will operate out of the Rochester office.
