Esaote North America, Epica International Partner to Expand MRI, CT Imaging Reach

Aug. 26, 2025— Esaote North America, Inc., a provider of dedicated MRI, Ultrasound, and Healthcare IT solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Epica International, a global provider in advanced CT and imaging technologies. This collaboration unites two complementary portfolios to expand market presence and accelerate the adoption of high-performance MRI and CT solutions across the human and veterinary healthcare sectors.

This partnership allows Esaote North America to strengthen its footprint in the imaging industry by offering a comprehensive portfolio of human and veterinary MRI and ultrasound systems, supported by Epica International's CT imaging solutions. For Epica, the alliance opens new pathways to promote its CT systems through Esaote's established and growing sales and service network, reaching a broader base of hospitals, specialty practices and veterinary facilities across North America.

"This partnership aligns with our mission to deliver impactful innovation to both human and veterinary care," says Steve Richter, President and General Manager, Esaote North America. "By combining Esaote's market knowledge with Epica International's revolutionary CT technologies, we're able to offer customers a more comprehensive imaging solution that expands access to care, drives workflow efficiency, and propels Esaote's growth strategy forward."

"We're excited to partner with Esaote North America across both the veterinary and human markets. This collaboration brings strong synergies that will enhance innovation, broaden our reach, and create value for both organizations," says Ben Hill, President, US Operations, Epica International.
