Elekta will highlight its Infinity, a linear accelerator system that is optimized to deliver volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT).

The system combines Elekta’s X-ray volume imaging (XVI) technology with its third generation digital control system and a new low leakage multi-leaf collimator (MLC).

The Infinity can deliver VMAT treatments in a single rotation of a gantry, or with multiple gantry arcs.
