EIZO RadiForce Bundled with Matrox Xenia Series

August 11, 2009 - Matrox Graphics Inc., the leading manufacturer of specialized graphics solutions, and Eizo Nanao Corp., the leading medical solution provider of 10-bit displays, are pleased to announce that EIZO Nanao has selected and will be shipping the Matrox Xenia Series display controller boards with various EIZO RadiForce medical displays.

Eizo Nanao Corporation is offering the Matrox Xenia Series display controller boards with its RadiForce GS320 3 MP monochrome and the RadiForce RX320 3 MP color medical displays. Featuring a high resolution and high definition display, the RadiForce GS320 paired with the Matrox Xenia, allows for 10-bit (1,024 tones) simultaneous grayscale display, while the RadiForce RX320 paired with the Matrox Xenia, allows for a 10-bit color display.

Additionally, Eizo Nanao Corp. is offering the Matrox Xenia Pro with the Radiforce GS520, the 5MP Digital Mammography monitors, allowing for 10-bit (1,024 tones) simultaneous grayscale display.

Matrox Xenia Series is the first native PCI Express single-slot board with all-digital, triple-monitor output and the flexibility to drive practically any known display configuration. Xenia Series supports resolutions from under 1MP up to 8MP, with up to 1GB of on-board memory, and features new technology to ensure optimum display calibration (via Matrox DLC and 8/10/13-bit gamma LUTs).

The development potential for increasing hardware-accelerated performance via hardware LUTs, multiple hardware window IDs, and additional hardware features, Xenia Series is a flexible and expandable solution for medical imaging developers and integrators looking for leading edge technology.
