Conference on Cardiac Contrast Ultrasound Set for Sept. 18-19 in Chicago

August 22, 2008 - The 23rd Annual Advances in Contrast Ultrasound: Atherosclerosis Imaging and Interventions/Bubble Course will explore applications of contrast ultrasound Sept. 18-19 at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago.

The symposium is specifically designed for cardiologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, sonographers, physicists, nurses, technicians, and other allied healthcare professionals interested in emerging techniques in cardiac ultrasound. The program will describe clinical uses of contrast ultrasound, discuss and apply new cardiovascular interventional therapies, discuss the variety of clinical applications of ultrasound contrast in clinical and research environments, demonstrate clinical and research applications in the field of contrast ultrasound, and identify new scientific, research applications of contrast ultrasound and interventional cardiovascular medicine.
