CIVCO Medical Solutions’ CT Guidance Device is an inexpensive hand-held device designed to increase the speed, accuracy and safety of CT guided procedures. It is designed to improve first pass accuracy for either traditional vertical plane or more difficult angled plane procedures, such as aspiration/biopsy, drainage or ablation.
Versatile in nature, the device can be held in either hand, used from either side of the table and is safe for use in MR environments up to 3T. Reportedly easy to set-up, this reusable device offers a disposable sterile cover with a built-in needle pathway to accommodate a wide range of instruments from 22G to 8F.
