Carestream Spotlights Pediatric Imaging at RSNA 2020

Through its DRX-Revolution Nano Mobile X-ray System, NICUs are able to conduct chest, intensive care and orthopedic exams quickly, at the patient’s bedside.

October 12, 2020 — Enabling neonatal intensive care units to noninvasively and effectively examine and treat the tiniest of patients is among Carestream’s goals. Through its DRX-Revolution Nano Mobile X-ray System, NICUs are able to conduct chest, intensive care and orthopedic exams quickly, at the patient’s bedside. This portable, nonmotorized X-ray system uses Carbon Nano Tube technology and features an ultra-lightweight design for easy maneuverability and arm positioning. The DRX-Revolution Nano quietly and carefully moves around equipment that typically surrounds babies in critical care, still providing Carestream’s outstanding digital image quality, yet on a smaller scale.
