January 22, 2018 — Canon Medical Systems Europe B.V. announced the change of ownership of DelftHold B.V. following its acquisition of the company by Canon Europa N.V. DelftHold BV specializes in enterprise healthcare information technology (IT) solutions, (manufacturing) digital X-ray systems, system integration and service for a varied portfolio of customized total solutions for radiology departments.
According to the two companies, they will be able to build on current strengths and pursue opportunities to expand product ranges, systems, technologies and services for the European market.
