Candelis will demonstrate the iMed-Stor 300, a dedicated DICOM-compliant archive appliance engineered specifically to provide secure, cost-effective management of digital medical images and studies for standalone digital X-ray, digital radiography (DR) and computed radiography (CR), imaging operations including private practices, hospital departments, imaging centers and multi-physician clinics using a single imaging modality.
The iMed-Stor is fully compliant with DICOM protocols and standards and can work seamlessly alongside a digital X-ray system as a dedicated acquisition workstation to expand existing archiving system capabilities. An optional Web-based, FDA 510(k)-cleared DICOM viewer enables diagnostic reading of MRI images from any location with a secure Internet connection.
