November 20, 2014 – Brit Systems Inc. has been acquired by Imaging Advantage (IA) LLC. Brit Systems LLC will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of IA.
Brit Systems will provide IA with the picture archive and communication systems (PACS), workstations and teleradiology solutions and a development team to support and enhance IA’s operations. Imaging Advantage will provide Brit with a market for their tools along with workflow expertise, access to substantial study volumes for stress testing and radiology consultants to provide guidance on product improvements.
