Breast Imaging System Provides Enhanced Detail for Dense Tissue Imaging

Breast Imaging System

The ARIA Breast Imaging System, developed by Advanced Imaging Technologies, is a single, safe solution for enhanced imaging of dense breast tissue.
As the only FDA-cleared breast imaging and biopsy system that uses the diffractive properties of ultrasound combined with holography, the ARIA Breast Imaging System delivers high-contrast, highly detailed images of the tissue structure for improved diagnostic decision-making, according to the manufacturer.
Comprised of image acquisition hardware and an image management console, the ARIA Breast Imaging System produces multi-planar, volumetric data sets of the anatomy and is minimally operator dependent. A large field of view and real-time imaging facilitates accuracy for enhanced image-guided breast biopsy that is minimally invasive, safe and easy to use.
