Breast Density Measurement Software

Volpara breast density measurement software provides an objective, reproducible measurement of breast density designed to improve early detection among women with dense breasts. It is used by radiologists to objectively assess density and help evaluate who might benefit from additional screening. It automatically generates objective measurement of volumetric breast density values under the Volpara Density Grade (VDG), a refined grading system which correlates with the American College of Radiology (ACR) BIRADS density grading classifications. It is U.S. Food and Drug Administration- (FDA-)cleared for all digital mammography (DM) units.
