April 3, 2024 — aycan, a recognized leader in medical imaging, has introduced aycan mini PACS. Designed for smaller practices, aycan mini PACS provides a manageable and cost-effective way to store data.

“aycan mini PACS fills the market need for a cost-effective solution that still provides the tools needed by radiology practices,” said Frank Burkhardt, CEO of aycan Medical Systems. “It’s another example of how aycan continually works to provide imaging solutions that increase productivity while reducing costs.”

Vendor neutral, aycan mini PACS can easily integrate into any workflow. It may be accessed on-site or through the Cloud, includes up to two DICOM connections, and can connect up to two workstations (diagnostic viewers). If a practice needs to expand, they can easily upgrade to the more robust and feature-rich aycan store (PACS) with no data migration costs.

aycan has been supporting customers with PACS and other vendor-neutral medical imaging solutions and professional services for over 25 years.
