May 3, 2021 — Asheville Radiology Associates announced the unveiling of a new brand including a name, logo and website. The adopted name of Asheville Radiology Associates is now ARA Health Specialists (ARAHS). The updated name more closely reflects ARAHS’ role in leading healthcare in Western North Carolina.

“Our new name, ARA Health Specialists, will strengthen our ability to more clearly communicate the role we play in the lives of those we serve as well as our impact on access to care that improves wellness and well-being,” said Andy Brown, M.D., president, ARA Health Specialists.

Asheville Radiology Associates has been the Western North Carolina leader of advanced imaging, intervention, and vascular surgery for almost 77 years. But much has changed during their 8 decades of service. They have grown to serve more individuals and broadened their scope of subspecialized care while remaining dedicated to integrating cutting-edge technology and personalized care coordination to serve patients better.

“We are excited to share our new branding and to remain steadfast in our dedication to always moving forward. The rebranding coincides with our strategic vision focused on helping more people reach their highest attainable quality of life by diagnosing disease early and reducing the time to intervention with a commitment to superior quality and an exceptional patient experience.” explained Brown.

The new brand more truly reflects ARAHS’ values and vision.  The new logo reflects the heritage of ARAHS, their continued innovation and leadership, and their constant focus on moving forward to remain a leader in state-of-the-art care. Current patients, the medical community and those seeking care will also find an in-depth website focused on transforming the patient experience. Users will find an easier connection to providers, plentiful resources, useful information on services and procedures and a wellness blog that offers health education and inspiration.
